We don’t claim to be able to cure your hangover, nor do we intend to lecture you on the perils of alcohol. What we can do is make your suffering a little easier. There have been lots of hangover remedies over the centuries, from the Assyrian crushed swallows' beaks with myrrh to Rabbit Dropping Tea.

We thought we'd make up our own mind up so at Sincura we have spent months researching what we deem to be the best hangover cures. We have spoken to leading medical experts on the matter, we have scoured books, thesis' and the internet for cures, and we've sat down and tried every cure itself. Finally, we have created what we believe to be the ideal hangover survival pack. The pack consists of the following:

Water - it's common knowledge that the main cause of a hangover is dehydration and we can't stress enough the importance of constantly drinking water. So we'll get you started with a bottle of water.

Painkillers - though this does nothing for the levels of alcohol in your system, it does attend to the headache. 5 x Asprin tablets and 4 x Paracetomol.

Cooling headache pads - an alternative for those of you who prefer not to take painkillers, or in conjunction with other treatments, these soft gel pads are designed to provide immediate cooling relief for headaches. Effervescent re-energiser tablets - alcohol takes vitamin C out of your system and you're advised to put back in as soon as possible.
